The Education Advisory Council (EAC) is comprised of heads of the public, parochial and independent school systems in the New York metropolitan area. The mission of the EAC is to provide a forum for a dialogue between leading educators and mental health professionals to develop and share new techniques for removing barriers to learning for students in different types of educational settings.
