Jessica Plauche, MD, is a resident in child and adolescent psychiatry at the Child Study Center at NYU Langone Medical Center. Her interests include mood and anxiety disorders in adolescents, cross cultural issues, women’s mental health, and providing community based care to underserved populations.
Dr. Plauche received her bachelor’s degree in psychobiology from the University of California, Los Angeles, where she graduated magna cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. She received her medical degree from the University of California, San Francisco. She also completed her general adult psychiatry residency at the University of California, San Francisco, where she pursued a women’s mental health focus.
Dr. Plauche is a member of the American Psychiatric Association and the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
