Mia Pappagallo, M.D.

Mia Pappagallo, M.D. is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychiatry.  Dr. Pappagallo is a former Unit Chief on 21 South, Bellevue Hospital Center's Child Psychiatry Inpatient Unit as well as the former Coordinator of General Resident Training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.  She is now in full-time private practice, treating children, adolescents and adults.

Dr. Pappagallo received her B.A. in biology and psychology from the University of Rochester. She received her M.D. from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine and Dentistry. She completed both her residency in general psychiatry and her residency in child and adolescent psychiatry at the NYU School of Medicine, serving as Chief Resident in both programs. Dr. Pappagallo is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology in both general and child and adolescent psychiatry.

Dr. Pappagallo is a member of the American Psychiatric Association and the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
