Mia Pappagallo, MD, is a clinical assistant professor of child and adolescent psychiatry at the NYU School of Medicine. Dr. Pappagallo is a former unit chief at Bellevue Hospital's child psychiatry inpatient unit as well as the former coordinator of general resident training in child and adolescent psychiatry.
Dr. Pappagallo received her medical degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Medicine and Dentistry. She completed both her residency in general psychiatry and her residency in child and adolescent psychiatry at the NYU School of Medicine, serving as chief resident in both programs.
Dr. Pappagallo is a member of the American Psychiatric Association and the American Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
