David Chan is the Director of Finance and Administration of the NYU Child Study Center. Mr. Chan serves as a member of the center’s senior leadership team, overseeing financial and administrative operations.

Previously, Mr. Chan served as the Director of Budget and Financial Analysis of the College of Physicians and Surgeons at Columbia University Medical Center. At Columbia, Mr. Chan was responsible for an annual operating budget of $1.3 billion.

Prior to his time at Columbia University, Mr. Chan also served as the Corporate Director of Financial Business Applications at Continuum Health Partners where he implemented an operational benchmarking system spanning four network hospitals with a combined operating budget of $2 billion.

Mr. Chan received his Masters of Business Administration from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College and his Bachelor of Arts from Hunter College.
