Dr. Laurie Brotman Speaks on Early Childhood Intervention at the Grad Nation Summit in Washington DC

On February 25, 2013, the Child Study Center's Dr. Laurie Brotman, spoke about ParentCorps at the third annual Building a Grad Nation Summit in Washington DC. Dr. Brotman presented at the general session to over one thousand educators, policymakers, business leaders, and community organizers who attended the summit, which is sponsored by America's Promise Alliance. The organization aims to end the high school dropout crisis and prepare young people for college and the 21st century workforce.

ParentCorps is a family-centered, school-based preventive intervention designed to foster healthy development and school success among young children (ages 3–6) living in disadvantaged neighborhoods.
