The minor requires five courses, the foundation of which is V05.0101, Child and Adolescent Psychopathology. At least three of the classes taken toward the minor must be from within the CAMS program; two can be from other departments such as Psychology, Sociology, etc. Courses taken for the CAMS minor cannot be applied to another major or minor without prior approval from all the relevant directors of undergraduate studies. Psychology majors in the College of Arts and Sciences and Social Work majors within the Silver School of Social Work are allowed to double dip one course from their major to count toward their minor, requiring only 4 unique courses (at least 3 from within CAMS).
