The minor requires five courses. At least three of the classes taken toward the minor must be from within the CAMS program and one of those must be the foundational course - Child and Adolescent Psychopathology; the final two classes can be taken from among the CAMS offerings or in other departments. The list of these approved classes can be found here. Courses taken for the CAMS minor cannot be applied to another major or minor. Psychology majors in the College of Arts and Sciences and Social Work majors within the Silver School of Social Work, however, are allowed to count one course from their major toward the minor, requiring only four unique courses (at least three from within CAMS).
