Donations to the Child Study Center are used for annual operational support not covered by research grants.

Can I make a gift to a specific institute or program of the Child Study Center ?

What is the Development Office?

The Child Study Center relies on the donations of individuals, corporations and foundations to support its annual operational costs. It is the responsibility of the Development Office to properly administer the fundraising program of the organization.

What is the role of the Child Study Center 's Board of Directors?

The NYU Child Study Center Board of Directors is deeply committed to the promotion and proliferation of the organization. In accordance with the organization's mission, the Board of Directors provides vision, guidance and leadership for the Child Study Center.

If I make a gift to the School of Medicine, won't I also be contributing to the Child Study Center ?

The Child Study Center is a department in the School of Medicine which operates on funds raised independently of the School of Medicine . Gifts made to the School of Medicine are not considered gifts to the Child Study Center and vice versa. To ensure that you are contributing to the Center, make your gift directly to the Child Study Center by contacting the Development Office at (212) 263-2747.
