The Child Study Center's Dr. K. Ron-Li Liaw at TEDxNYU 2013

On Saturday, May 4th, 2013 The Child Study Center’s Dr. K. Ron-Li Liaw presented at TEDxNYU 2013. Her talk, entitled "The H Word," will be available to view online the TEDxNYU website in June.
TEDxNYU is a local, self-organized event developed as an off-shoot of the highly popular nonprofit, TED, an organization devoted to ideas worth spreading. The TEDx program gives communities, organizations, and individuals the opportunity to stimulate dialogue through TED-like experiences at the local level. TEDxNYU brings thought-leaders from the NYU community together to share ideas, insights, and inspiration.
Dr. K. Ron-Li Liaw is the director of the Pediatric Psychiatry Consultation-Liaison Service at NYU Langone Medical Center as well as a clinical assistant professor of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry at NYU School of Medicine and a group supervisor for the Bellevue/NYU Program for Survivors of Torture.
