About the Program
Autism Spectrum Disorders are neurobiologically-based conditions that have great variability in their manifestation, sometimes making diagnosis complicated. Individuals may exhibit cognitive and language impairment, or exhibit superior intellectual functioning. Common deficits occur in social interaction, communication, and sensory or repetitive behaviors and can have consequences on educational, personal, and vocational functioning.
