New Social Skills Training Groups

Group treatment methods have been demonstrated to be particularly effective for the development of social and emotional skills for individuals with Asperger Syndrome. Learn more about the group services we offer.

The Child Study Center offers an array of clinical services to address the special needs of individuals with Asperger Syndrome and their families. Clinical services include:

Early Childhood Autism and Communication Disorders Service

Directed by world-renowned autism expert Catherine Lord, Ph.D., Interim Director of the NYU Child Study Center Asperger Institute, the Early Childhood Autism and Communication Disorders Service specializes in the comprehensive evaluation and early identification of social and communication difficulties in children as young as 12-months of age.
