Seeking Participants: Adults with a prior history of cocaine dependence, are abstinent from cocaine use for at least two weeks prior to visit, and are right-handed and able to have a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan (cannot have a pacemaker or any metal objects in the body)

Overview: Techniques have been developed for defining brain circuitry by observing patterns of correlated brain activity that we believe can also be related to methods useful for tracing the brain connections. This one-year study will compare samples of cocaine dependent adults to healthy adults. This study will provide the basis for future studies.
